• Account data – your Google ID and email when you sign in.
• Usage data – prompts you submit, credits spent, IP address, time-stamps.
• Payment data – handled by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
• Cookies – small files for authentication, analytics and fraud prevention.

3. How and Why We Use Your Data

We process your data to:

• Provide and improve the logo-generation service.
• Authenticate users and manage credits.
• Process payments and detect fraud.
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting).
• Send important service emails (credit reminders, security notices).

Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6): contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (for optional cookies/marketing), and legal obligation.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We share data only with:

• Stripe (payments).
• Google Cloud (hosting and storage).
• Analytics providers (aggregated/anonymous statistics).

We never sell your personal information.

5. International Transfers

Data may be processed on servers in the EU and the United States. When transferring outside the EEA/UK we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised safeguards.

Generated logos are stored for 30 days. Account, billing and security logs are kept as long as required for legal and operational purposes.
