General
How do generation & enhancement credits work?
You spend 1 generation credit each time you click Generate logo. If you choose to polish your prompt with the Enhance prompt button, that costs 1 enhancement credit. Both credit types are one-time use.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
My logo doesn't look exactly how I imagined. Can I get a credit refund?
No. The AI generator isn't always perfect and results may vary. It’s designed to create logos one by one based on your prompt, but we can’t guarantee a perfect match every time.
What file formats do I get?
Every generation returns a clean .svg (vector) file - perfect for websites.
You can also download a .png preview.
Can I use the logo commercially?
Yes. You receive a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use each generated logo in commercial projects, marketing materials and merchandise.
How long are my logos stored?
We keep your generated files for 30 days. Download them locally to keep them forever.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
All major payment methods available via Stripe.
Is this a subscription?
No. All credit packs are one-off purchases. Buy more only when you need them.
Can I get a refund?
If you run into a technical issue that leaves your credits unusable, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Technical
The preview looks blurry. Is the SVG crisp?
Yes. The on-screen preview is scaled for speed, but the downloaded
.svg is resolution-independent and perfectly sharp at any size.
Why can’t I see a generated logo?
Check your ad-block or privacy extensions - they sometimes block data URLs. Also ensure you haven’t exhausted your generation credits.
